    At this time, we no longer have room for more registrations.  We apologize and wish we could add more.  But we are committed to providing a safe environment to all children present and due to the size of our space and the number of adult leaders, we cannot take any more registrations.  
 
    If you would like to be added to a wait list, then we will let you know if space opens up.  
 
 
EVENT INFORMATION
Parenting is tough. 
 
Finding time to go out on a date or get together with other adults as a parent can be even tougher!

Valley Covenant Church simply wants to show parents some love and give parents this night by providing childcare, free of charge, to all families in the community.  
 
Here are some details for you to know:
 
  • We are asking for sign-up’s in advance, but walk-ins will be welcome too (but required to fill out the form and waiver when they drop-off).
 
  • Drop-off will start at 5pm and pick-up can be any time until 8pm.  If running late, we ask parents to give us a call.  A contact card will be handed out at the time of drop-off.
 
  • Kids can be dropped off and picked up at the front door of the church, where parents will be asked to sign-in and sign-out their kids.
 
  • We will have pizza and (allergy friendly) snacks, as well as, water and apple juice available to drink. 

  • There will be space set up for crafts, games, toys, and more in both downstairs and upstairs areas.  Each area will have adult volunteers stationed to watch and play with your kids.

  • Older siblings (Jr. High/High School) are welcome to stay and volunteer with parents permission.  

  • Because this is a FREE event, we will not be accepting payment or tips in any form.
